     The purpose of this program is to provide a practical, "down-to-earth" approach to a difficult subject.  Participants will learn to identify their "time" strengths and weaknesses, how to rate tasks by priority, how to delegate/share intelligently, methods to improve productivity by controlling interruptions and your paper jungle, and ways to relieve their time-stress.

     Based on the findings of the time Mastery Profile, the workshop will focus on the areas of greatest need for each specific class. Areas include:

  • Analyzing

  • Planning

  • Scheduling

  • Interruptions

  • Delegation

  • Time Teamwork

  • Procrastination

  • Meetings
